If a customer refuses a shipment, the customer will be responsible for all return shipping charges incurred by Happy Feet Boots. All incurred return shipping charges and Restocking/Handling Fee will be deducted from your return.
Unfortunately we do not provide return shipping labels.
Customers are responsible for all the costs involved for returning items. You may ship your order back to us any method that you choose. Return packages remain the responsibility of the customer until it is received by our team.
If you purchased Happy Feet Boots from your director, your group, or from another company you will need to return the boots to them.
