How much does shipping cost?
We keep it simple... $20 for the first pair of boots and $5 for each additional pair.
How soon will I get my order?
Typically your order leaves our warehouse within 1-3 business days. UPS usually delivers your order 1-7 business days after it ships depending upon how far it has to travel.
How do I do an exchange?
We do not offer direct exchanges. Instead, please return your purchase within 30 days for a refund and place a new order online. (shipping charges are non-refundable)
Why does my order keep failing?
The most common reason orders fail is that the billing address being entered does not match the address of file for your credit card. Please enter the billing information associated with your card.
Other common reasons:
- Mistyped card/cvv number
- Insufficient funds
How can I save money?
Place one big group order. This will save quite a bit in freight versus placing multiple individual orders.
I received my boots through my group. How do I return them?
If you made your purchase through your school/district, booster group, or a different company you'll need to contact them regarding returning items because we will not have any record of your individual purchase.
How do I request a quote?
Add items to your cart and click on Request a Quote. If you encounter an issue please try another browser/device like your phone, some school networks inadvertently block this functionality.
Can I get a special size that isn’t listed?
Sorry we do not offer special/custom sizes. All sizes available are listed under the product.
Can I pick up my order at a store?
We do not have any retail locations. All orders ship via UPS Ground directly to you.
Can I ship to a PO Box?
Unfortunately we cannot ship to a PO Box. We can only deliver to street addresses.
Do you ship internationally?
We only ship within the contiguous United States.
